Yashiori
Special brew

The only production method in Japan. Reproduction of mythical sake. This sake is very special and rare, as this was created by trying to replicate the legendary "Yashiori no sake" mentioned in the Izumo mythology in the “Ki-ki” (Kojiki and Nihonshoki, the chronicles of Japan). Yashiori is the sake used to intoxicate and kill the Yamata-no-Orochi, a mythical giant snake. The story is set in the local city of Izumo, where the word "sake" was used for the first time in literature.
The Amanomuragumonotsurugi (Kusanagi Sword), which came out of the serpent that was killed, is one of the "Three Sacred Treasures" and has been inherited by generations of emperors as a treasure that guarantees the throne of the Japanese Imperial Family.

    Kokki Hanayashio

The only production method in Japan. Reproduction of mythical sake. This sake is very special and rare, as this was created by trying to replicate the legendary "Yashiori no sake" mentioned in the Izumo mythology of the “Ki-ki” (Kojiki and Nihonshoki, the chronicles of Japan). The brewing process is repeated numerous times, using brewed sake to brew more sake. This is a brewing method that is avoided in today's sake brewing culture because fermentation is very slow as the mixture is extremely dense. The history of this sake is engraved in the brew, and this in particular has been brewed four times in the course of four years. Perfect as both an aperitif or digestif.
