This product has the original sweetness of the base “Kokki -BEIGE-“, plus the aroma and sweetness of wine and sherry casks.

【Kokki Sherry Cask】
Kokki -BEIGE- (Junmai Daiginjo) is finished in sherry casks.
The addition of the fruity sweetness of the sherry to the mellow sweetness of the BEIGE creates a synergistic effect.
Despite the volume of sweetness, the full acidity gives a light rhythm to the meal.
It is recommended for seafood and cream-based dishes, or as an after-dinner dessert drink with seasonal fruit and chocolate.
It can also be drunk with orange peel or served over vanilla ice cream.
Please enjoy it in your favourite drinking vessel and in your favourite way.

【Kokki Wine Cask】
Kokki -BEIGE- (Junmai Daiginjo) is a gem finished in wine barrels.
The mellow sweetness of BEIGE is combined with a hint of red wine to create a hybrid flavour.
It is recommended to be drunk on its own, but also with highly seasoned dishes and Western food with cheese.
The slightly reddish colour, which comes from maturing in wine casks, makes it a visual treat.
This sake has taken over the concept of “to be tasted by all five senses” when the Kunitake series was created.
It can be served in a large wine glass when well chilled, or warmed slightly to give it a hot wine-like taste.
Enjoy it in a variety of settings and temperatures.
