Kokki -BEIGE- (Junmai Daiginjo) is a gem finished in wine barrels.
The mellow sweetness of BEIGE is combined with a hint of red wine to create a hybrid flavour.
It is recommended to be drunk on its own, but also with highly seasoned dishes and Western food with cheese.
The slightly reddish colour, which comes from maturing in wine casks, makes it a visual treat.
This sake has taken over the concept of “to be tasted by all five senses” when the Kokki series was created.
It can be served in a large wine glass when well chilled, or warmed slightly to give it a hot wine-like taste.
