Hello, I am Kokki Sake Brewery, Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture.
As soon as possible, the Tokyo Olympic Torch Relay will finally come to Matsue City on 16 May (Sunday)!
The torch will travel through all 47 prefectures of Japan and will be lit on the torch stand at the New National Stadium in Tokyo at the opening ceremony on 23 July.
Matsue City will be the final section in the prefecture, starting at 19:08 on 16 July from Kishi Park on the west side of the Shimane Prefectural Art Museum and finishing at Matsue Castle Horse Park.
If you go out to watch the festival, please take precautions to prevent coronavirus infection and enjoy the event.
