History of Kokki Sake Brewery
This area was a city built for merchants in the city planning of the Edo period.
Ships were the main form of logistics at that time. We also ran a shipping wholesaler under the trade name of “Shinmonya”.
In the Meiji era, we started brewing sake in an earthen storehouse that we inherited from the Matsue clan.
