【Mihonoseki】(Kamigami no Sato Matsue)
美保神社
Mihonoseki, located at the eastern end of the Shimane Peninsula, used to be called “Mionomisaki”, which means a great sacred cape.
According to Kunikiki mythology, Mihonoseki was created by hauling from Silla and Koshinokuni.
“Ebisu-sama” enshrined in Miho-jinja Shrine is the first child of Okuninushi-no-Mikoto. It is the head office of 3,385 Ebisu shrines nationwide.
